How do I create an account for Online Class bookings?

First select “Book Your Session” in the top right of this page and select a class you wish to join. After you book your first class with us, you’ll be given the option to Register for an Account. Simply choose a password and all your bookings, packages or membership will be easily visible within the “Book Your Session” page in the future.


I’ve made a booking, but I can’t remember when it was?

An email confirmation will be sent to you from “Fresh Air Pilates” following your booking, and a reminder will be sent 24 hours beforehand.


Should I join a Beginner class first?

The beginner classes are a great way to dip your toe into the world of Pilates, or for those who may not currently have regular structured movement. In these classes, you will learn to build strong foundations and take the time to master the basics in a way that will make you feel energised. We highly encourage those new to Pilates to join a Beginners class first, however you will be welcomed in any of our classes with options to suit your needs.


I unfortunately need to reschedule or cancel my booking, how do I do this?

You can do so via the “Book Your Session” page and logging in with your account (if you created one), or you may also Reschedule or Cancel your booking via the email confirmation sent to you from “Fresh Air Pilates”, just be sure to do it at least 12 hours before hand.


I forgot to register for an account after my first booking, can I still register?

Yes! Simply click the “Change/Cancel Booking” button in your emailed booking confirmation, and you’ll be given an option to Register for an Account.


I’m going on a holiday/vacation, can I put my Membership on hold?

Yes! Whilst we would love to support your movement from anywhere you are (via our online classes), we can place your membership on hold at any time, up to twice per year, for up to a two week period. Just message us below and we’ll send you a confirmation as soon as possible.


What happens to my existing Membership or Class Package, when local COVID-19 restrictions are in effect?

During such times of local COVID-19 restrictions, we add more online classes to our schedule to provide more options for you to move. All memberships and group class packages may be used for booking online classes exactly the same way as you book an in-person class, and we would love you to join in! If online classes aren’t for you, please let us know and we can simply put your membership or class package on hold until the restrictions ease.
